Service department lies about time frame on a repair. 5 weeks they have had my truck, yes they claimed it needed a new motor. Ford best trucks, not, only had 142,000 miles. Was supposed to be ready last week but the Service manager couldn't call to tell me their only diesel mechanic was on vacation for the week. Besides their labor prices and parts after my extended warranty cost out of pocket I am around 2400 dollars out of pocket. I am terrified of the quality of work I am going to end up with. Never again@!@
The internet sales manager was really nice, but the salesperson had an attitude and walked away when he didn't believe we were going to make a transaction. They offered me a unfair price for my trade and refused to negotiate their pricing on theirs. Do yourself a favor and drive outside of Lake City to buy a vehicle. And I forgot to mention almost $4,000 in fees that don't include the tax tag and title.

I have been purchasing cars from this dealership for over 10 years. Never in my wildest dreams would i have ever thought of them as unethical, etc.... I went in on Friday, 03/14 and was able to reach a deal with the salesman for a certain car at a certain price with certain options. Do NOT use this dealership!! They are dishonest, untrustworthy and do not know what they are doing. The transmission on our 2020 vehicle that we purchased from this dealership went out. Come to find out, they sold us the WRONG warranty policy at purchase and then refused to replace it with one of equal value. We came to the dealership to buy a truck for my husband and a couple of days later left with a new vehicle for myself as well. What a joke of an establishment. I came to see a car from car gurus that seemed to be a great price for what they were offering. The salesman offered numbers and wasn't willing to budge at all. Dropped my car off with the service dept. to get recalls repaired, picked it up and in 5 minutes my car os broke down. First of all they only fixed one air bag because my car is "old and loved" (well it should have been recalled sooner) did an inspection and while driving away power stearing went out and a belt is off. Yah me! Won't be having them "fix" anything else.

My experience with Rountree Moore Ford Service Department was a horrible experience. There was inadequate and unclear communication. During the 2 days my car was in for the repair, I was not kept up to date with the progress of the repair. Though I was assured that I would be kept up to date about what was found and the progress of the repair, I was not notified what had been found or told how long the repair would take.
My daughter bought a car from here in October. We took it back quickly because of significant issues like the hood not opening and electrical issues. We purchased it from Cash Merr, and his manager is Dave Powell. They did not file a warranty claim. They tried to repair the car twice. Both times, they gave my daughter a loaner. Got my oil changed here in my 2024 f450 and not only did they put the wrong oil in it, but it was also 2 quarts low. Gave them ample opportunity to make it right...... They did nothing.
Took my 2013 ford f150 in to have a recall taken care of and the transmission flushed with new filter. It wasn't done. Only drove it for about 15 miles and had to replace the molded lead frame because of shifting issues. The fluid that came out of the transmission was almost black and there's no magnet in the transmission pan. If they had changed it like they said they did they would have mentioned the magnet was missing.
Highly recommend asking for Bryan in sales. He was a pleasure to work with!

I just wish I would have been smarter. Got my car in Sept and just put 2000 into it and there is something major wrong with wheels and it is another 266.00 just to diagnose. Been trying several months to get an admin key, made several trips to Lake City and still waiting . I was told Jess would cal me the next day, that was over two weeks and no phone call, worse service ever and I’ve been dealing with them for years.

Sold me a truck… played it off as they were black wheels.. I go to car wash and one of those black wheels popped off…. Exposing the original rims……. BIG RIPOFFS- Stay away charged my Aunt and Uncle 3500$ and still didn’t fix their 97 F350 had to have it towed to a real mechanic- I feel like all they did was take as much money from them as they could because they were out of state.
