My experience with Rountree Moore Ford Service Department
My experience with Rountree Moore Ford Service Department was a horrible experience. There was inadequate and unclear communication. During the 2 days my car was in for the repair, I was not kept up to date with the progress of the repair. Though I was assured that I would be kept up to date about what was found and the progress of the repair, I was not notified what had been found or told how long the repair would take.

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. I have never had a worse experience with getting work done to my truck. I brought my 2014 Ford F150 in for several different issues I was having. Most of the "diagnosis " I received were pretty terrible, boarding on ridiculous. After bringing my truck in on a Friday, and they had to keep it several days before they could even tell me what they thought it needed, I got the report on a Tuesday afternoon, when I contacted them not them communicating with me. I had my rear defrost not being able to turn on. I was told the problem was the button on the console to turn it on was bad. They would have to pull out the entire radio and climate control from the dash to send it off for repair. Told me it would take a couple days to get done. I had to call back to find out if it was done yet to find out that now it would take more than a week to get my parts back in. After two weeks, and again I had to contact them, not them reaching out to me, I was told the parts were in but it wasn't working quite right. Defrost would turn on but the light for the defrost button didn't turn on. When I told them I was upset that it took this long to get this fixed and did not want to wait longer to get my truck back they offered to not charge me for the repair since the defrost button light did not come on. I agreed and went to pick up my truck the next day. When I got my truck I tried to turn on the air conditioning and the vents blew out hot air even though the climate control knob was set to cold. I kept playing with the knob and figured out if I turned the knob halfway between hot and cold then I could get cold air to come out. This was definitely not ok as the a/c worked fine when I took the truck in. I went back to dealership and told them the problem and that I wanted this fixed as something they had done when removing/attempting to repair the defrost button has caused the new issue since this whole radio and climate control section of the dash had been messed with by them. They told me that they didn't cause the problem and since they hadn't been requested to work on that part originally when I first brought it in that they had no way of knowing if it had been like that before they got the truck. I was furious that they did not seem to care at all about what they did. I would strongly recommend everyone stay away from this place as they are either inept at their job, dishonest, or both.

Great sales team, Nate was amazing. However the car was extremely dirty. I had to point out several things that needed to be cleaned. While we were getting the deal done they sent it through "detailing" and it came back almost exactly the same. They even missed the very two things my salesman pointed out to them to take care of. When I was done and proceeded to get into the car to leave, 100% there was no external car wash and the inside looked like it was wiped down with a rag. They really need to get their "detailing" team into shape because it was extremely unsatisfactory and now I am having to get my New "used" car detailed privately.

If there was a option for a zero star rating that would still be an understatement. First off this review is about the collision center only. I should start by saying if you don’t want to read the whole thing just read this… if you are young or a woman they will take advantage of you!! TAKE pictures of your entire car inside and out before leaving it with them and let them know that you have pictures and time stamps!! The people who work there are VERY rude. When I came to drop off my car I walked in the building and the man at the counter was on his cell phone so I took a seat. I sat there for 5 minutes and was not once greeted. Then he finally asked if anyone was helping me (still no greeting). Then when I come to pick up my car after being fixed I noticed a huge stain on my seat that was not there when I dropped it off. Yes, there were some other smeller stains on the back of the seat from sweat and just being used (the seats are white) but they were nothing like this one. I was also informed the day before I picked up my car that my car has been detailed and it most certainly was not. It had not even been washed. So I went back inside and informed them nicely about the stain and they sent a manager to look at my car. He argued with me stating that that stain looked like it had been there a while and that they didn’t do that. Which is a very lousy excuse because you can’t tell a difference in a stain that has been there for a week or a year. Then he told me he would look to see if they had pictures of when the car arrived and how CONVENIENT they did not have any!! And still refused for fix it. HORRIBLE PLACE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. I will never have my car serviced here again. My car is a Honda Accord as well. Not a ford.

Disappointment to smiles with the top down
The process was riddled with complications and setbacks. However, management and Alan made sure I was a happy and satisficed owner of a 2019 Mustang. The issue with defective top motor was and unfortunate delay in my getting the car. Again, Alan was a God-send. Thanks Alan!!Unfortunately, I do not recall any other names.

When I walked onto the car lot at Roundtree Moore dealership, I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to buy. Since they no longer made Pontiacs, which would have been my 1st choice, I came with an open mind. I feel fortunate that I was met on the lot by Russ. We looked at many different makes & models of 2014 cars. I knew I wanted a new car. Russ was a very thorough and knowledgeable salesman - no high pressure sales talk - and he listened intently as I described my needs and wants in a car. He was very patient & helpful and directed me in the right direction as I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car to contact Russ, as he is a very good salesman and can make the car buying process a pleasure.

Russ met me at the door with a smile and firm handshake. I told him we were looking for a small car that would give us very good gas mileage. THATS LIKE 53 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND I THOUGHT THEY WOULD AT LEAST WASH MY VEHICLE, BUT SERVICE WRITER SAID THEY DONT DO THAT. Maybe they're hiding the honest reviews
In short I had no success with this service facility. In fact I had no success at even getting a Restricted Delivery Certified US Mail Article delivered to the Service Manager. In fact allegations and unfounded assertions opposed to the facts fly out of this facility and the only thing I can figure it is the CYA routine. Beware of Service Writers who refuse to produce the RO and simply give you back a key fob ro and no written explanations of anything at THAT time cause believe me they'll come up with so really good fabrications later on and say "we called Ford" back to the game of CYA. I found Mr Lebron to be woeful at best and less then honest one might say lacking integrity. This Dealership like others in this State has found a way to circumvent FS 501.98 by not being required by the USPS to sign for Certified Mailings, or maybe just mine. Either way I dumped the Lemon of an Explorer and be careful out there even with a class III hitch and a 6 cylinder [5,000 lbs tow rating] they'll assert you "over-towed" when only trailering 3,000 lbs then state you refused to say what you were towing. Either way remove your brake proportioning device cause these "Mechanics" think that is what is towing verses helping the woefully equipped stop even when under-towing. It's a game and a bad one at that. The next dealer asserted I towed in Overdrive so I let that insert his foot so far he couldn't retract it then I asked him to show me over drive on my Explorer [there was none] so in essence they're Fords first line of defense not you'r first line of repair(s), forget that Ford is having such issues they'll be like Micky D's soon enough you already see the consolidations next come closures. This facility lost the sale of a $60,000.00 2020 Tahoe for it's sister dealership...

Completely satisfied.
Took my 2019 F250 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I arrived without an appointment, I expected to have to wait awhile. My Service Adviser, Danielle, got my truck in right away and I was back on the road in 1 hour. Very happy with level of customer service that I received.

New vehicle purchase
Dealership was great to work with. We were able to meet face to face and test drive the vehicle we wanted. We actually were in the process of making a deal on a specific Explorer ST when we found out it had already been sold. The salesman was great and located another vehicle very similar same day so the deal could proceed.

Took Deposit then Lied and Said it was Sold! It Wasn't!
Called and said they had vehicle and wanted a $200 Deposit. I gave deposit ok and they called next day and said was sold. Lied!

I went to Rountree Moore Ford “looking” at cars and prices. I knew what I wanted but couldn’t find it. Sam Ryan was truly relentless in the search. He called every dealership he could find. He called me and let me know he found the car I wanted. Sam is very personable, has integrity, a great sense of humor, and remained professional whilst treating me like family.
