If there was a option for a zero star rating that would still be an understatement. First off this review is about the collision center only. I should start by saying if you don’t want to read the whole thing just read this… if you are young or a woman they will take advantage of you!! TAKE pictures of your entire car inside and out before leaving it with them and let them know that you have pictures and time stamps!! The people who work there are VERY rude. When I came to drop off my car I walked in the building and the man at the counter was on his cell phone so I took a seat. I sat there for 5 minutes and was not once greeted. Then he finally asked if anyone was helping me (still no greeting). Then when I come to pick up my car after being fixed I noticed a huge stain on my seat that was not there when I dropped it off. Yes, there were some other smeller stains on the back of the seat from sweat and just being used (the seats are white) but they were nothing like this one. I was also informed the day before I picked up my car that my car has been detailed and it most certainly was not. It had not even been washed. So I went back inside and informed them nicely about the stain and they sent a manager to look at my car. He argued with me stating that that stain looked like it had been there a while and that they didn’t do that. Which is a very lousy excuse because you can’t tell a difference in a stain that has been there for a week or a year. Then he told me he would look to see if they had pictures of when the car arrived and how CONVENIENT they did not have any!! And still refused for fix it. HORRIBLE PLACE. RUDE EMPLOYEES. I will never have my car serviced here again. My car is a Honda Accord as well. Not a ford.

Disappointment to smiles with the top down
The process was riddled with complications and setbacks. However, management and Alan made sure I was a happy and satisficed owner of a 2019 Mustang. The issue with defective top motor was and unfortunate delay in my getting the car. Again, Alan was a God-send. Thanks Alan!!Unfortunately, I do not recall any other names.

Justin Gonzales the young fella that help us was awesome. In within half a day we got the perfect vehicle for us. He was very thorough and accommodating. Same Ryan was awesome as well. He made it so easy to go they the finance part which normally is a pain. Thank you a lot fo a work well done. I love my new ride

First car purchase after 7 years with the same vehicle. Great customer service, not too pushy when it comes to buying, and very nice and professional. Would definitely come back to buy a new car in the future!

Great salesman (Cody) and great deals. Believe it or not but they were so helpful I bought two vehicles at once. And was done with both transactions in 3 hours. Great place to get a vehicle .

Took Deposit then Lied and Said it was Sold! It Wasn't!
Called and said they had vehicle and wanted a $200 Deposit. I gave deposit ok and they called next day and said was sold. Lied!
