Get the Scoop on New 2024 Ford Mustang® Features

More to Love in the 2024 Mustang

The 2024 Mustang will be offered in both hardtop coupe and soft top convertible bodystyles. Two improved powertrains—the Mustang EcoBoost and Mustang GT—will add the thrills. The pony car’s reworked styling and all-new interior complete the transformation.

The 2024 Mustang^® lineup has the power to thrill. It’s ready to hit the track but fully street legal for the race car driver inside us all. The new lineup features two powerful Mustang engines paired with a 10-Speed Automatic, a 6-Speed Manual, or a TREMEC^® Manual transmission.

Drivers can also choose from three available performance packs—the 2.3L High-Performance, GT Performance, and the Mustang Dark Horse Handling Packages.

2024 Ford Mustang^® Performance Features

Ford’s latest turbocharged 2.3L EcoBoost engine features new Modular Power Cylinder engine architecture to deliver 315 horsepower. The 500 horsepower 5.0L Coyote^™ engine (on the Mustang Dark Horse^™ coupe), is Ford’s most powerful naturally aspirated 5.0L V8 engine ever.

Add a sport-tuned suspension, Brembo brakes, selectable drive modes, and a driver-focused cockpit with flat-bottom steering wheel, and you can expect responsive, athletic handling at any speed. An available Class-First drift brake transforms turns into a rush of g-force adrenaline.

Enjoy Immersive Driver-Focused Technology Features

New updates in technology on the 2024 Mustang include standard Track Apps^® that display your performance metrics—lateral and longitudinal g-forces, acceleration and lap times, automatic and countdown starts—on the brilliant 12.4-inch LCD digital instrument cluster or the 13.2-inch center touchscreen.

The driver-focused immersive dual display is fully customizable and features videogame-grade graphics, easy-to-see colors, and Ford Motor Company’s latest Sync 4 software. Enjoy standard Apple CarPlay^® and Android Auto^™ and an available wireless smartphone charger.
